I like the Welch's light white grape juice and SF Jello cups (that way I don't have to make it myself!)

When I was trying hard to get all my protein in I enjoyed IsoPure from GNC.  It's a water based drink that is LOADED with protein - 40 grams of 100% pure ion exchange whey protein isolate.  You can google it or just go to GNC website or to a GNC store - it's a little spendy, but I thought it was totally worth it because of the protein.
